Pay attention
We listen carefully, remember the details and notice when something changes.
About Vigilant Care
That experience is why we started Vigilant Care Services. We wanted people to be listened to and supported by workers who remember the details.

Our story
Vigilant Care Services was founded after watching an extended family member navigate the NDIS without the consistency and attention he deserved. It was not one major failure. It was a pattern of being overlooked and receiving support that felt routine rather than personal.
It showed us how easily someone can be missed when a provider stops paying attention. We started Vigilant Care so people would be listened to, followed up and treated with care every day.
Our founders have worked as support workers and have a strong background in mental health support. They know what good support needs to look like in everyday life.
The meaning behind our logo
Above our name sit two small dots side by side. They represent the participant and the provider standing together as equals.
It is a daily reminder of how we want to show up: calm, present and paying attention.
How we work
These are the things we want you to notice in the way we work.
We listen carefully, remember the details and notice when something changes.
You decide what you want help with and how that help should fit into your life.
We do what we say, keep you informed and deal with concerns directly.
We listen to feedback and make sure workers have the skills each person needs.
We will listen to what matters, what has not worked before and what you want your support to help you achieve.
