Careers

We’re looking for support workers who pay attention.

We want to hear from people who listen, respect each person's choices and understand that being reliable really matters.

Work with purpose

The way you support someone matters.

Support work takes skill, patience and good judgement. We look for people who can build trust without taking over and who adapt to the person in front of them.

We do not list roles that are not genuinely open. If our approach feels like a fit, you can register your interest and tell us about your experience, availability and the areas of Sydney you can support.

What matters here

What we look for in a support worker.

Qualifications and checks matter. So do judgement, reliability and the way you make someone feel.

01

Respectful

You ask what a person wants and do not assume that you know what is best for them.

02

Observant

You notice changes, communicate concerns and stay present throughout the shift.

03

Reliable

You arrive prepared, keep your commitments and let people know when something changes.

04

Open to learning

You welcome feedback, follow support plans and keep your training up to date.
