We start by asking what you want help with and how you like things done. You can arrange a one-off visit or set up a regular routine that works for your household.
Support may include
- General cleaning and keeping everyday spaces tidy
- Laundry, linen changes and clothing organisation
- Meal planning, preparation and kitchen clean-up
- Grocery shopping with you or on your behalf

Your worker can come shopping with you, help build a list and budget, or shop for you when that better suits your plan.
